We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Governance & Reporting Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. You will play a key role in our exciting growth by supporting delivery of an onboarding experience that is effortless and differentiates us from our competitors. You will own weekly and monthly reporting of customer onboarding activity, identifying opportunities for improved MI that will enable effective business decision-making. You will also support governance across onboarding, tracking risks, issues and escalations, ultimately driving customer success.

You will:

  • Own creation of regular reports on the customer onboarding portfolio and projects for both the Leadership Team and Customer Onboarding Delivery
  • Manage the process for tracking customer onboarding status across compliance and implementation, ensuring quality and accuracy of data
  • Analyse onboarding performance through measurement and tracking of KPIs
  • Support the Head of Customer Onboarding Delivery through:
    • Tracking of risks, issues and customer escalations
    • Project impact assessments
  • Identify and implement improvements in onboarding MI to support the business in effective decision-making

What we are looking for:

  • You have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, confident with managing and interpreting large volumes of data
  • Advanced Excel and experience with multi-dimensional reporting tools (Business Objects, Hyperion, DOMO, Tableau, etc.) is required and experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) desirable
  • You have a strong understanding of key project management activities, including risk and issue reporting
  • You are a good communicator, able to translate complex information into clear messages to give clarity and confidence to stakeholders
  • You are structured and organized, able to handle the competing pressures of immediate tasks alongside longer-term projects
  • You have an inquisitive mind and proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
  • You have a passion for driving customer success, supporting rapid business growth and are eager to help shape the direction and scope of a new company
