About the Role

Recruitment Managers take accountability for sourcing the very best talent for our business across a wide spectrum of roles (including but not limited to Technology, ‘Smarketing’, Finance, Operations, Sales and Product). You have full ownership of the candidate experience whilst working closely with your stakeholders.

Our team is evolving in how we operate and this presents a brilliant opportunity to help shape how we do things. 

You will:

  • Be a passionate advocate of creating and facilitating an amazing candidate experience from start to finish
  • Proactively engage with and source appropriate candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
  • You will be qualifying candidates for roles across multiple disciplines with a key focus on culture and values
  • Advertise all live roles via our website, LinkedIn and other 3rd party boards
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to ensure accurate reporting and GDPR compliance
  • Be proactive in building prospective talent pools of candidates for future vacancies
  • Be responsible for interview scheduling and coordination of our assessment centre
  • Be confident in communicating to candidates and internal stakeholders within the business
  • Be keen to get involved in our recruitment events (internal and external) as well as assist in the coordination and promotion of these.

What we are looking for:

  • First and foremost you will need experience recruiting for Tech and Product roles. Experience working to on sales, marketing or shared services roles would be advantageous
  • Worked directly with your stakeholders and understand the importance of good communication
  • An experienced user of LinkedIn Recruiter for headhunting and pipelining candidates
  • A creative and innovative approach to sourcing and engaging prospective candidates- you'll think ‘outside the box’ to find the best talent
  • An individual who is organised and comfortable multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who is keen to make a positive contribution to the continuous improvement of our overall recruitment process
  • Strong experience with the MS Office suite- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • A positive and resilient candidate who enjoys taking a consultative approach to your work
