Job Description

As an International Account Manager in the international Sales department of JobTeaser, you are in charge of the satisfaction and retention of your existing clients portfolio by ensuring an optimal relation. 

You will have to reach monthly and quarterly targets based on the potential of your portfolio and your performance will determine your monthly commission!

Mission

Manage the follow up of your clients’ portfolio :

  • You are the dedicated contact of your clients and you guide them all along the year :  

  • by meeting/contacting them regularly to talk about their contract, ensure they are satisfied and collect their feedbacks

  • by assisting them with an editorial schedule/calendar answering their needs

  • by helping them to use their products and answering their questions through recommendations 

  • by monitoring the use of their services through the production, analysis and sharing of their statistics

Drive and develop your existing clients’ portfolio :

  • You are responsible for renewing and upselling your clients  to grow our turnover

  • You identify your clients’ expectations and define the KPI in order to build a successful & efficient renewal strategy

  • You set up clear action plans to spread our notoriety among your existing clients’ portfolio

  • You introduce the new products or the products that the client is not already using

  • You  are able to introduce the new improvements/innovations of JobTeaser.com

Ensure the strategic follow up of your activities :

  • You monitor the day-to-day follow up of your activities on Salesforce (meetings, emails, calls, stats) and ensure a continuity in the client’s communication plan (displays, events, lives) 

  • You are in charge of the operational follow up of your accounts in order to make sure they are using all their products before the renewal of the contract

  • You are in relation with the Video team and the Customer Care team for the set up of all services of your clients

  • You transfer your clients feedbacks to the the different teams internally (Support, Product, Data, Marketing, Finance)

Make your field of actions grow as a real consultant :

  • You are responsible for giving your manager field feedbacks 

  • You are able to spot what products are best for a certain region, what are the main questions/KPI in order to help JobTeaser international strategy grow

  • You may be solicitated to participate in conference and meetings

  • Travel for business may be necessary

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Sales and/or Account Management

  • Experience in a Saas, digital platform

  • Relationship building and high capacity of listening

  • Time management and organisational skills are essential in order to reach objectives and high demanding requests

  • Strong autonomy and absolute rigor

  • Fluent or Native in English. French is a plus.
