You will be joining a fast-growing HR team of 10-people including 2 HR managers, 1 Payroll & Admin Specialist, 1 Learning Manager, 1 Facility Manager, 1 apprentice, 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists, 1 screener and 1 werkstudent in talent acquisition.

Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Team Manager to help us lifting and scaling our Talent Acquisition team to the next level !

You will manage a team of 4 (as of now) Talent Acquisition Specialists and recruit 3 additional Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Within this team, your mission is to find the best talent to build up a diverse and strong team at JobTeaser.

You will report to JobTeaser’s Chief People Officer. 

Your mission at JobTeaser is to : 

  • Scale, lead and mentor a Talent Acquisition team of up to four direct reports by example

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet our scale-up hiring targets (about 150 recruitments next year)

  • Partner closely with our 2 HR Managers in order to have a perfectly integrated sourcing, recruitment, closing and onboarding process 

  • Be responsible for your own recruitments, with a focus on leadership positions

  • Deploy recruitment strategies both for Tech (Tech, Product, Innovation, Data…) and Business (Sales, Opérations, Marketing, Universities…) scope : internal sourcing, employee referral programs, recruitment events, virtual career fairs, agencies…

  • Own the full cycle of the hiring process: job qualification, pro-active sourcing (direct approach via LinkedIn and emails, networking, referrals), interviewing, selection.

  • Implement recruitment best practices in candidates’ evaluation tools, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons with a customer and candidate centric approach

  • Mentor and coach your team members by bringing them meaning, operational support, advice and objectives

  • Monitor recruitment dashboards and promote a metric-driven approach to our recruitment effort, measure success and process quality by setting up the right KPIs

  • Coaching hiring managers and interviewers teams on recruitment and sourcing strategies and techniques to attract and engage with potential candidates and performing recruitment trainings internally 

  • Participate in department wide projects

Qualifications

You will fit great with those skills and competences :

  • You have at least 5 years of professional full-time work experience in a startup/scale-up or fast-paced international environment

  • You have first leadership experience but still enjoy picking up operational recruitment topics

  • You have a prior team management experience

  • Experience recruiting for the French market, knowledge of the French Tech ecosystem would be a plus

  • You are data driven - from your experience you know that Talent Acquisition needs good data as decision base

  • You bring a strong network and charismatic personality

  • You are always up to date of benchmarks, competition and the latest trends in people topics

  • You thrive within a hyper growth environment and adjust quickly to changes

  • You shine with excellent communication skills in English
