YOUR CHALLENGE

This role bridges the gap between the Creative, Content, and Product teams, bringing the many pieces of a new feature, product, or campaign, and putting them together to create an optimised customer experience. As our Production & Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining our onsite and catalogue content, e.g. uploading product imagery, product descriptions, merchandising selections, search tags, meta content, etc., across the entirety of the JUNIQE sites

  • Management and maintenance of our product catalogue, such as adding and removing products, managing stock levels, and troubleshooting issues

  • Managing the go-live phase of campaigns and product launches in collaboration with the Creative teams

  • Building onsite content for sales and campaigns in collaboration with Creative and Marketing teams

  • Launching new on-site features in collaboration with the Product team

ABOUT YOU

  • Successfully completed a university degree or a comparable level of education

  • Previous relevant work experience with content management systems

  • Willingness to learn (more about) HTML

  • Analytical mindset and superb organisational skills with an eye for detail

  • Strong sense of responsibility with an eagerness to constructively contribute to the improvement of our workflows and processes

  • Confidence in your own abilities and readiness to work independently—but the ability to work efficiently with stakeholders from across the board

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German skills are a plus

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus

Our renovated factory-floor office is flooded with light, filled with plants, and sits on the border of Mitte and Kreuzberg—just a stone’s throw away from the river Spree and Markthalle Neun. Due to the ongoing Corona situation, we are currently working remotely, but with lots of engagement between teams—for work and fun—and we are doing as much as we can to support our colleagues as the situation develops.
