Your mission
  • You own the day-to-day improvements and maintenance of the SoSafe Salesforce environment
  • You partner closely with the Salesforce Implementation team to keep everything running smoothly
  • You work with the Sales-, Customer Success- and Marketing- Operations teams to plan, develop and implement new and improved functionalities in our Salesforce environment
  • You provide support to all the Salesforce users at SoSafe, proactively improving and adjusting their Salesforce experiences
  • You configure Salesforce with other internal and third-party packages while maintaining the integrity of the current system
Your profile
  • You work in a structured and careful manner and do not lose track of things even under stress
  • You have experience or a proven interest in administration of a platform or CRM tool
  • You are motivated and have a high attention to detail - and you like to tackle things directly
  • You are a team player and seek out feedback on your work
  • You can start as soon as possible with us
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • You have the desire to grow with our team as we create the right Salesforce ecosystem for SoSafe GmbH
