In your role as Senior Sales Executive – DACH you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:

  • You will be responsible for developing and managing a robust sales pipeline
  • You will develop and use your industry knowledge to add value to the customer at every interaction and lay the foundations for a long-term partnership
 

Day to Day

 
  • Meet or exceed yearly bookings target, proactively looking to improve this year on year
  • Qualify leads and opportunities for your target accounts, providing support and leads for the team as a whole
  • Manage sales pipeline and progress opportunities through it independently, identifying key opportunities for expansion
  • Forecasting for the current sales period, with an eye on future sales periods. Using existing forecasting knowledge to improve accuracy
  • Lead exception sales presentation – proactively identifying and implementing improvement processes in presenting, providing regular feedback based on previous sales pitches and identifying areas of focus to enable higher win rate
  • Ensure all communication to the customer is of a high quality, including all documents and presentations. Ensuring timely follow up and all feedback is actioned and cascaded to relevant teams to drive improvement across commercial team
  • Create and maintain close plans
  • Build strong relationships with customers at CxO level and be seen as a trusted advisor on fraud and risk solutions
  • Attend industry events and generate leads for the team. Be a company advocate and represent our core proposition at all times
  • Mentor or support Junior Sales People and SDRs
  • Oversight and coordination of contract and pricing negotiation ensuring that all elements of the commercials work as well as possible for both the customer and Featurespace. Driving these negotiations forward in a professional and personable manner, independently
  • Accurately reflect in Salesforce.com the status of accounts, opportunities, leads and meetings, ensuring a great level of detail and accuracy
  • Ensure the accuracy of your customer’s contact data in Salesforce.com
  • Providing support to Team lead and performing additional duties in their absence

About you

 

Must haves

  • German Speaker
  • High achiever with excellent track record of delivering new business
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management and organisation skills
  • Experienced negotiator
  • Fantastic and engaging presenter
  • Advanced knowledge of the fraud and risk market in the DACH region
  • Proven experience of selling successfully to the Payments and/ or Banking sectors
  • Strong ability to engage with different roles in the internal business such as accounts, finance, pre-sales, project management, marketing and SME’s
  • Superb relationship building skills at an executive level and the ability to show value to customers
  • Ability to lead complex, enterprise sales independently with little management oversight
