Reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts, the Strategic Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue  with existing customer(s) and selling into new logo accounts across core verticals.  We are looking for an ambitious, personable and self- driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Create, own and maintain account “top to button” mapping and account strategies 
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key business stakeholders within existing client teams and new business units
  • Own the relationship with the budget-holding stakeholders and key decision makers
  • Develop and executes sales plans and coordinate sales efforts to achieve existing customer up-sell and cross-sell revenue targets
  • Effectively maintain sales pipeline data, recordkeeping and activity reports, providing management with accurate sales forecasts
  • Work closely with all relevant client organizations (existing and new business units) in collaboration with the customer success team to uncover opportunities for growth within the book of business
  • Offer solutions that best address customer needs, while coordinating with internal functions such as  product, marketing and customer success. 

 

Requirements

This position is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of directly managing strategic accounts in a B2B / Enterprise technology sales environment. Successful Account Executive at AD have demonstrated the following characteristics.

Additional Qualifications. 

  • Ideal profile - startup experience, Saas Experience, several years as an AE. 
  • Highly adept at navigating complex organizations and building relationships
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced technology company.
