About the role

  • Overseeing the revenue funnel optimisation - marketing, sales (direct & channel) & customer success through to finance
  • Streamlining and optimizing the processes within the sales function
  • Owning the revenue tech stack and driving automation of processes where applicable e.g. Gong, Seismic, Salesforce
  • Driving key KPI’s and active reporting
  • Performing revenue forecasting for management team and board
  • Building and managing the Revenue Operations discipline

Requirements

  • Relevant experience supporting complex enterprise sales processes with long sales cycles and high ticket value ACV and LTV
  • Expertise in recommending and deploying the right sized revenue tech stack and driving enablement of this with the team
  • Demonstrable knowledge of all revenue operations related processes including forecasting, territory and quota setting as well as tracking prospects through the funnel
  • Proven ability to identify and lead growth enabling initiatives and scale a team in line with the growth of the company
  • Track record of identifying necessary adjustments in order to improve sales performance along the funnel
  • Solid understanding of how to effectively leverage and interact with various teams throughout the organization
