Job Description
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will report to our Head of Product Marketing and play a key role in defining the Go-to-Market Strategy of Jobteaser's strategic products. In collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders (Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care...), you will be closely working with the Executive team. In particular, you will be accountable for the successful launch of Jobteaser's products and leading cross-functional streams, while being able to monitor post-launch performance.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will report to our Head of Product Marketing and play a key role in defining the Go-to-Market Strategy of Jobteaser's strategic products. - Know the market trends & competitor environment
- Define the Go-to-Market Strategy of products : from test phase to full go to market
- Define & lead cross functional streams to prepare the go to market
- Define the packaging/pricing & positioning of products
- Build sales collateral/pitch & train sales teams
- Lead governance committees before and after the launch
- Define performance metrics & monitor products performance
Qualifications
- You have 4-6 years of experience in Strategy Consulting or as Product Marketing Manager in fast growing companies
- You are a strategic thinker but you have operational pragmatism
- You are client centric
- You have a strong drive to lead cross-functional work streams
- You have solid project management skills
- You have strong communication skills - French & English are mandatory (German is a plus)
