What we are building

We’re looking for an inquisitive, enthusiastic, and ambitious Marketing Operations Manager to serve as an indispensable strategic advisor and partner for Domino's fast-growing marketing team. The ideal candidate has the ability to prioritize critical tasks and stay organized while working on a variety of different projects within a fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help scale marketing operations and empower our talented creators, sellers, and leaders.

Working alongside an ambitious team of best-in-class marketers, you'll build and execute end-to-end processes and projects that impact every part of the business, empower our customer-facing teams, and directly impact our ability to build sales pipeline. You’ll be helping us learn and grow with every project you’re leading and contributing to. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own backend campaign process + measurement. You’ll keep an eye on operational needs with a focus on ensuring campaign fulfillment requirements are met. This includes daily tasks like campaign set up, webinar setup, user permissions management, database cleanup and stewardship, implementing new technology, and other critical related tasks in close partnership with channel owners.  
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and work strategically with various internal teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve campaign/mar-tech/integration issues & make proactive recommendations for process improvements
  • Proactively support and help lead project management for a variety of marketing initiatives
  • Analyze and optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes in partnership with operations and channel leaders to systematically improve quality, velocity, and conversion rates
  • Document & maintain best practices guides and checklists to share across the team and company to enable your talented teammates 
  • Provide marketing operations consulting, strategic advice, and support to leaders across the team

What we look for in this role

  • Experience (2+ years) with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation tools building out workflows, smart/active lists, forms, landing pages and reporting/dashboards
  • Experience (1+ years) with Salesforce or another comparable CRM platform building out reporting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to multitask, manage your time, and stay organized through prioritization
  • You’re a self starter, willing to read and watch in order to learn
  • Bonus: Experience working in a client-facing consulting role or marketing/marketing operations role
  • Enthusiasm for data and the field of data science
