We are looking for a well organized and highly communicative API Integration Specialist - International who helps us to revolutionize the EGYM customer experience.   • You take care of a smooth implementation of our Connected Training Floors, e.g. EGYM+ and Smart Cardio at our customers' sites
  • You understand our customers' needs and determine the steps of the implementation process through a close exchange - You always ensure customer satisfaction
  • You work closely with our experienced product team in regard to the interfaces to create an optimal customer experience
  • You will assist in creating and updating documentation to keep all stakeholders informed
  • You continuously corporate with other departments in Operations and Customer Success to achieve common goals, share mutual knowledge and improve the customer experience
YOUR FITNESS LEVEL
  • You ideally have a degree in the following areas: Information technology, industrial engineering, sports information technology or similar
  • You have experience in working with customers and challenging requests
  • You have a strong technical understanding of software systems and are ideally familiar with APIs - Programming skills are an advantage
  • You are characterized by analytical thinking, problem-solving oriented and have a high level of consulting skills
  • You are able to manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel and find timely solutions through close exchange with your colleagues
  • You are curious, proactive and good at managing change
  • You have very good Excel skills and have already worked with Salesforce and Jira 
  • You speak fluent English, ideally also German, French and/or Spanish
YOUR TRAINING GOAL FOR YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS
  • You have a global understanding of our API platform connections as well as our partner integrations
  • You are instrumental in the successful implementation of product features such as EGYM+, Machine Admission and interface connections to cardio and analytics devices
  • You actively contributed to improve the implementation duration
  • You are appreciated by your team and key stakeholders such as customer facing teams as well as product teams for your collaboration and valuable contribution
