As Helpdesk Specialist, you'll belong to the Sales Enablement department, report to the Salesforce Manager and play a key role in the utilization of CRM at JobTeaser. In collaboration with Salesforce Project Managers and Admins, you will be responsible for the good adoption. In particular, you will be accountable for categorization of internal cases and leading resolution of level 1 & 2 support requests, while also taking part in miscellaneous admin tasks on Salesforce.

Main missions and objectives:
  • Internal Cases (Helpdesk) categorization
  • Treatment of level 1 & 2 requests
  • Identification of recurring issues or unadapted business processes and proactively propose solutions to solve them in the long run
  • Activation & deactivation of new users
  • Participation in different SF projects, such as refactoring of layouts, cleansing of unused fields, and many others...
  • Taking part in the redaction and prioritization of the backlog & roadmap with the rest of the team


Qualifications

  • You are a recent graduate or have up to 2 years experience
  • You have excellent customer relations skills: reactivity, willingness to surprise the customer with the quality of service!
  • You are curious and willing to learn and progress in a very dynamic ecosystem
  • You are business oriented
  • You have a real sense of service, as helping users will be an integral part of your role
  • A first experience on Salesforce as a user or as an admin is a plus
  • You are fluent in french and english
