What we need…

We are looking for a talented Implementation Analyst to join our team in our team in Milan. We are looking for a highly collaborative, conscientious and versatile profile. You will join a dynamic and fast-growing team which generates significant contribution to YOOBIC DNA and goals

This is an ideal position for a recent grad who would like to progress to a career in Implementation

 

What you'll do…

  • Work on on simultaneous one-off or recurring professional Services as part of YOOBIC Customer Implementation team
  • Configuration of workflows in the YOOBIC solution according to client specifications, using the different capabilities of the YOOBIC platform
  • Set up image recognition algorithms based on artificial intelligence technology
  • Update client environment (users licences, sites database, etc…) following the evolution of our clients’ network, either using our administrator interface or adapting Excel database files
  • Deliver high-quality training on YOOBIC platform to our customers, both on the web platform administration, and on the mobile application usage for users in stores
  • Take a proactive approach to client issue resolution
  • Manage the global delivery process form A to Z, until global client acceptance and sign-off

 

What you have...

  • Technical and/or analytical based degree (ex: Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Finances, Logistics, Sciences, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proactive and eager to solve problems
  • Fast learner, able to understand the behaviour of technical tools quickly
  • Strong ability to explain clearly the behaviour of technical tools to non technical clients
  • Strong organization skills and attention to details
  • Ability to adapt and to work within an international environment
  • You have very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English (additional languages are always welcome, especially Portuguese or Spanish!)
  • Intellectually curious, interest in start-ups and new technologies
