Engineering Manager, Operate Team - EMEA

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to guide people, drive technical decisions and help develop our business monitoring application “Operate”, which is part of our new Camunda Platform 8 product. You will assume line management of existing frontend and backend engineers and get the opportunity to grow the team further. You will report directly to our Director of Engineering and work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers.

*This is a remote role and can be located anywhere in EMEA.

What you’ll bring along: 

• 2+ years experience with directly leading technical teams
• Tech background, able to understand tech design implications and be comfortable to do technical decisions (Java and Javascript)
• Passionate about people and results and not just technical excellence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
