As a Regional Project Manager, you will function as a key member of the Regional Support team under the company’s Delivery department. You will own end-to-end responsibility for the infrastructure, processes, and workload management of our regional workforce, working closely with over 100 professionals worldwide to provide various research, analysis, and language solutions. You will collaborate with multiple Delivery teams, collect requirements and needs, manage projects, and come up with creative and scalable solutions that will enable the department provide world class products to our fortune 500 clients.

 

This role requires excellent project management capabilities and communication skills, and experience working cross-functionally and with multinational teams to implement scaled solutions. A wide degree of creativity and a proactive mindset is expected.

 

In your work, you will:

  • Collect research, analysis, and language requests from Delivery teams, prioritize and execute solutions with the support of the regional workforce.
  • Lead joint projects with ActiveFence freelancers and regional teams based in Asia and Europe, taking responsibility for all projects end-to-end, from idea to completion. 
  • Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to track project milestones, team performance, deliverable KPIs, and more.
  • Work with multicultural teams in various locations and time zones. Keep up with rapidly changing projects that require fast and smart decision-making.
  • Conduct market research based on commercial impact potential and cost reduction analysis, to identify top opportunities/geographies for establishing new regional teams.
  • Define, design, execute and assess internal and external processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, international relations, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Able to initiate and lead projects from the ground up, resulting in complete and functional solutions.
  • Able to multitask and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Extraordinary communicator, and a strong team player who can engage with all levels of the company.
  • A demonstrated track record of problem-solving and driving multiple tasks and processes simultaneously.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Strong G-suite skills.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Creative thinking, a quick learner of new practices and technological tools. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with working with multicultural teams across different time zones.
  • Intelligence background (OSINT, Humint, etc).  
  • Experience with BI/business data systems (such as Tableau).
  • 3+ years of experience in project management/operations.
