ROLE & ACTIVITIES
The Data Analytics Product Manager is responsible for the evolution of our insights dashboards and the creation of new data-driven tools that generate added value for our B2B customers. We are looking for someone who can lead the advancement of the product life-cycle and roadmap, creating customer delight, driving adoption and revenue, and pushing further our mission to be a data driven company.
You will have ownership over the strategy and direction of all B2B insights and analytics products and you will work together with a Data Engineering team, with Data Scientists and with Designers to implement your vision.
This is a rare opportunity to create data products that sit at the cutting-edge of Big Data, while directly adding value for ShopFully’s business customers.
As a Product Manager we expect you to:
• Drive multi-year product vision, strategy and direction for ShopFully’s Analytics and other B2B insights and products
• Drive product requirements definition, product planning, product design and testing of new features
• Relentlessly research and understand customers to prioritise your roadmap and continuously deliver better experiences
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver the most valuable, viable, and feasible solutions to our customers
• Deliver complex data products with consumer-grade simplicity and ease of use working closely with UX and UI Designers
• Make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data. Foster a data-driven culture that accelerates testing, delivery, and innovation
• Collaborate effectively with other product teams and business stakeholders to influence and align on strategy
• Evangelise the value of insights and analytics to drive adoption with customers and internal parties

MUST HAVE
• 3+ yrs of experience in Product Management developing Big Data, Analytics and/or Reporting products, with consumer-grade UX and best-in-class reliability
• Understanding of data architecture for real-time insights and analytical dashboards
• Ability to learn and to understand highly complex technical ideas, then “sell” them as concise value propositions to internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with Data Visualisation tools (such as Tableau)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, preferably applied to Data products development
• Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans

NICE TO HAVE
• STEM background
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL
• Experience with Python and/or other languages/tools for ETL
• Experience with Big Data storage technologies and/or other analytical databases
• Experience working with 3rd party measurement and calculating ROAS
• Experience working with geolocation data
• Experience with building reports and dashboards for the retail world
