About The Position

As a Child Safety Analysis Team Lead, you will manage our amazing team of intelligence and webint analysts in the world of global child safety. You will lead a team with a great sense of purpose in preventing online harm toward children. 

You will routinely report to the Child Safety Team Lead while maintaining a harmonious, positive, and productive working atmosphere.  

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the analysis team’s day-to-day operations 
  • Making sure that the team is on top of the game while keeping a high standard of deliverables
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables
  • Thinking creatively and critically, solving problems on the go
  • Supporting and guiding the team and assisting in their professional growth
  • Being a POC with other stakeholders within the company, ensuring efficient collaboration
  • Staying on top of trends and patterns in the CS field, understanding the big picture and the Modus Operandi of  bad actors

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous team lead experience (at least 3 years) - a must 
  • Previous experience as a researcher or a webint analyst - a must
  • High resilience dealing with sensitive and explicit content - a must
  • Leader and motivator with a proven ability to engage team members to achieve a common goal
  • A getting-things-done approach 
  • Excellent communication skills, openness to criticism, and aspiration for constant improvement 
  • Multitasker - can handle many missions at the same time while working in an organized way
  • Thinking creatively and critically, solving problems on the go
  • Fluent in English - a must
  • Additional language skills - a significant advantage
  • Previous experience in the child safety field - a significant advantage
