About you

We're now looking for an exceptional talent to join our Probate team as an Operations Specialist. This is a unique and meaningful opportunity to help thousands of families through the hardest hours of their lives, whilst operating at the cutting commercial edge of one of the country's most exciting start-ups.

 

What you'll achieve in your first 12 months:

  • Be part of a company that’s set up to disrupt an industry where customers are desperate for change
  • Become your customers’ go-to specialist and their point of contact through the first part of their journey with Farewill
  • Help nearly 1000 customers organise and prepare for their probate application
  • Work closely with other specialists and the legal staff to become an expert in probate
  • Be part of a company culture that really cares about customers and actively seeks out opportunities to go above and beyond

Requirements

Hopefully you'll have some or all of the following:

  • Ability to keep many plates spinning, prioritise effectively and help more families than traditional firms think is possible
  • Have a knack for spotting mistakes and inconsistencies
  • A desire to support and help people through one of the most difficult times in their lives
  • An ability to understand complex concepts and present them to customers in a way anyone can understand

 

Nice to haves:

  • Sales experience
  • You don’t hesitate to jump in and roll your sleeves when faced with an obstacle
  • Genuine excitement about joining a fast-moving tech startup, specifically in relation to Farewill’s products, mission and approach
