In your role as Performance Test Engineer you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:
- Being responsible for the non-functional aspects of our pioneering real-time machine learning platform which underpins our cutting-edge ARIC engine
Day to Day

- Conduct system non-functional testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability
- Analyse and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks
- Provide team-level status updates and responsibility for team deliverables
- Assist in team-level prioritisation and scheduling of work
- Review and develop performance test plans and cases with other team members
- Acting as a point of contact for the team within the wider Featurespace organisation
- Maintain and expand the fully in-house automated performance testing framework
- Write and present executive summaries of testing work for management review
- Involvement in the process of interviewing and recruiting new team members
- Championing process and best practices within the team
