Since our founding in France in 2012, we have grown to be a truly global team, representing more than 70 nationalities in offices across the world, including New York, London, Paris, Munich, San Francisco, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Tel Aviv, Tokyo, Singapore, and more.

Since the beginning, we’ve developed a reputation for helping leading companies better understand and build trust with their customers. In that time, we’ve been recognized by Frost & Sullivan as a Global Company of the Year, and by Wired Magazine as one of Europe’s hottest startups. In May of 2021, we raised $500M in Series E funding, but we’re not stopping there.

To reach our ambitious goals for the future, we will be nearly doubling the size of our global workforce in the next 2 years. Want to learn, innovate and contribute your unique perspective to an industry leader? Join the team dedicated to bringing more human analytics to the world! #WeAreCSquad

In a nutshell. While Contentsquare has made DEI a priority, we recognize we’re still at the beginning of a lifelong journey to being more inclusive. It’s not enough to have good intentions – doing the right thing also takes strong empathy, strategy and execution. We’ll be honest with you: For a company expanding to new geographies and doubling in size every year, it’s a heavy lift. That’s why we’re on the lookout for a Program Lead to solidify our brand new DEI team.

How you will make an impact.
Strategy. In tandem with the DEI team, you will constantly fine tune an end-to-end approach to DEI, both keeping tabs on people metrics and ensuring we have tight feedback loops with underrepresented voices within Contentsquare. Ex. Spearhead the DEI assessment of our employee experience journey, provide decision-making support to execs through benchmarks and trend analysis and qualitative research to add context to our diversity analytics, etc.

Program/project management. You will drive the design and execution of interdependent DEI projects from A-Z, often consisting of many moving parts and stakeholders.
That means: Ensuring diverse stakeholders are all on the same page re: goals, governance, cadence and desired outcomesCreating predictability and visibility via anticipative planning, roadmaps, budget and risk managementMonitoring and report on progress toward objectives to team members, stakeholders and leadershipProactively identify and manage dependencies with neighboring teams both within Impact (Digital Accessibility, Sustainability, etc.) and elsewhere inside Contentsquare (People Ops, Legal, etc.) Driving continuous improvement efforts to processes, frameworks and organization
Ex. Launch a pilot for our first apprenticeship program for underrepresented talent, roll out a company-wide allyship program, deliver an internal awareness campaign for digital accessibility awareness day, etc.

Who you’ll be reporting to.
You’ll be working in tandem with our VP DEI but will be reporting directly to our Head of Impact Operations. We see Impact Program Managers as partners of their respective VPs, working with a groove more similar to that of CEOs and COOs than managers and direct reports.

ABOUT YOU.
Speaks. GTD – Yes, you are completely fluent in Getting Things Done.“Getting Things Done.” You can wield any project management methodology, strategy framework, design thinking or productivity tool to make even the most hydra-esque of programs look simple.
Loves. Facilitation. A day-to-day part of this role requires managing conversations, synthesizing multiple points of view, and aligning on direction. To succeed, you’ll need both the empathy, experience and tools to land a wide variety of conversations with various levels/departments/geos/backgrounds.
Hates. Diversity washing. Talk is cheap, and success is tied to measurable outcomes. You understand the importance of blending both a culture and a metric-driven approach to DEI, as well as the importance of accountability.
Work style. Enabling. Championing DEI inside Contentsquare isn’t about being right all the time, it’s about empowering everyone–and we really mean everyone–to foster a culture of belonging. Yes, you are bold enough to challenge the status quo. But you are also empathetic enough to listen, adapt the approach and give others the help they need to drive change themselves.
Background. We are diploma-agnostic for this position. Your track record will speak for itself. We are looking for at least 6+ years of experience project managing a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to deliver outstanding solutions, and at least 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a DEI  practitioner is not a prerequisite for this position. To succeed in this role, you will however need to be genuinely passionate about inclusion, belonging and social change. Bonus points for experience in strategy consulting, organizational transformation and program management.  LOCATIONBy applying to this role, you will be given the option to work from London, Amsterdam or Paris (Contentsquare’s merry HQ.) We are however open to hiring someone based elsewhere in Europe semi-remotely, provided it costs less than 4.5 kg CO2 per passenger journey to get to Paris.
