Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role within the contractor acquisition team in our Berlin office. We are looking for a dedicated sales professional to lead the process of finding new contractors. This role requires a determined sales person with excellent time management skills to not only meet but exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Presenting, promoting and selling Plentifics products to potential customers (mainly by phone).
- Working closely with the rest of the contractor team
- Reaching out to customers via cold calling, social media and other channels
- Detailed development and management of a strong pipeline via Hubspot CRM
- Ability to quickly identify and act on sales opportunities
- Maintain regular contact with prospects throughout the sales process
- Onboarding of new contractors
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English
- Ideally experienced in customer acquisition or working within a call center environment
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sales processes
- Motivation and a healthy ambition mixed with a desire to succeed
- An upbeat and outgoing personality, a get-things-done mentality, a willingness to learn and the ability to overcome challenges
