Your mission:
We aim to build the #1 platform for tech, data, and video editing for content creators in the world. The Outsourcing Coordinator plays a critical role here at Jellysmack. They are in charge of facilitating and scaling up local operations by finding the best local freelance creative talent or agencies (including editors, content & community management, IP and language specialist), welcoming them, ensuring that they understand our standards and practices, and setting them up for successful collaboration with us before introducing them to the Ops Manager in charge of onboarding. The Outsourcing Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for our partners and is an ambassador for Jellysmack and its values. We have a growing family of creators, a unique post-production workflow, and very high standards. The Outsourcing Coordinator has to be ready to tackle new challenges every day!

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning the sourcing efforts for all of the positions you're responsible for
  • Sourcing in various regions: LATAM, Brazil
  • Continuously rethinking, challenging, and localizing sourcing practices and processes
  • Developing advanced sourcing techniques to find the best creative providers (Post-production, Content & community management, brand safety, and language compliance)
  • Constantly striving to improve both the hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Negotiating contracts and defining service level agreements with the operations team
  • Facilitating smooth collaboration between legal, finance, and engagement
  • Reporting to the global Outsourcing team and Quality team on key KPIs and metrics

A little about you :

  • 5-6 years of experience with previous experience in sourcing, partnerships, or account management
  • Highly organized and creative. You can gather data-driven insights and leverage them to “think outside the box.”
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Adaptable and able to act quickly
  • Social Media black belt
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A problem solver (you are solutions-oriented and a doer)
  • Passionate about people
