EGYM is looking for a motivated, solution and customer-oriented Field Service Technician to provide support for our growing North America market.  The Field Service technician is responsible for assisting our customers by achieving the successful implementation and maintenance of our hardware and software based fitness equipment.   • You will travel throughout North America in response to customer callouts and field dispatches at health, wellness, and fitness facilities
  • You will work efficiently to analyze, diagnose and repair mechanical and software-based product issues to guarantee high performance of our machines and ensure smooth training operations for our customers
  • You will conduct routine equipment service to provide quality assurance 
  • You will install and test new EGYM machines in health, wellness, and fitness facilities across the United States
  • You will be working closely with our N.A. Implementation, Sales and Operations teams to provide exceptional customer service
  • You will be responsible for coordinating a team of outside contractors to facilitate a smooth installation process for our customers
  • You will be responsible for the correct documentation and reporting of customer issues and service calls and providing follow up reports post installation 
  • You will play a pivotal role in fostering healthy relationships with our customers
YOUR FITNESS LEVEL
  • You have excellent problem solving, time management and communication skills
  • You have formal training as an electrical/mechanical technician, industrial electronics technician or have equivalent experience
  • You work well with a team but also thrive working independently
  • You must be able to travel 75%+
  • Ideally, you have already gained work experience in the health, wellness and fitness industry
  • You have experience working with a CRM system
  • You are able to lift/ move heavy equipment on a regular basis
YOUR TRAINING GOAL FOR YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS
  • You are able to carry out service assignments for our customers completely independently
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of our EGYM Workouts product platform
  • You are confident in dealing with our CRM system 
  • Your colleagues from the service, customer support and order management teams value you for working together

  • You will earn an annual salary of $55,000 to $70,000
