The Field Service technician is responsible for assisting our customers by achieving the successful implementation and maintenance of our hardware and software based fitness equipment. - You will travel throughout North America in response to customer callouts and field dispatches at health, wellness, and fitness facilities
- You will work efficiently to analyze, diagnose and repair mechanical and software-based product issues to guarantee high performance of our machines and ensure smooth training operations for our customers
- You will conduct routine equipment service to provide quality assurance
- You will install and test new EGYM machines in health, wellness, and fitness facilities across the United States
- You will be working closely with our N.A. Implementation, Sales and Operations teams to provide exceptional customer service
- You will be responsible for coordinating a team of outside contractors to facilitate a smooth installation process for our customers
- You will be responsible for the correct documentation and reporting of customer issues and service calls and providing follow up reports post installation
- You will play a pivotal role in fostering healthy relationships with our customers
