In your role as Product Analyst, you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:

▪ Operating as the bridge between Finance, Sales (Operations) and Product Management 
▪ Removing blockers to help evidence–based decision–making

This role is a 12-month placement year, that will be based out of either our London or Cambridge Office.

 
 

Day to Day

 

The Product Operations function:

  • Connects software development activities to business outcomes to ensure the right things are prioritized and built
  • Seeks to create automated processes for getting data from around the organization and using that data to influence prioritisation decisions, such as: which product to build, which market to focus on, which company to acquire, etc.
  • Help Featurespace move from hunch-based decision making to metrics-driven decision making
  • Sits under Product Management but supports various other teams across the business.

Responsibilities

Analytics and Strategy

  • Utilize cross-functional data to correlate trends and identify strategic actions
  • Automate data correlation, analysis, and reporting
  • Analyse the market and revenue opportunity for new products, features, geographies, and other innovations.
  • Research new competitive products; evaluate the features and functionality of Featurespace products in the context of the wider market.

Operations

  • Interface with functions in the organization (Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure availability of cross-functional data.
  • Advocate for best practices in tools and instrumentation (e.g., addressing data integrity issues)
  • Prepare and own operations reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to inform SMT decision making strategy and beyond
