Job Description

As an Account Manager within the Sales France department of JobTeaser, you are responsible for the satisfaction and retention of the portfolio of existing customers entrusted to you by ensuring an optimal commercial relationship.

1. You monitor your customer portfolio:
  • You are responsible for the onboarding of your client and you monitor the quality of adoption of our products
  • You are the privileged interlocutor of your customers and you support them throughout the year by:
  • meeting them and/or contacting them regularly to review their contract, ensure their satisfaction and collect their feedback
  • offering them a communication plan that meets their challenges
  • helping them use the products by answering their questions and making recommendations
  • monitoring their use of our services to produce, analyze and present statistics on the actions implemented

2. You animate and develop an existing client portfolio
  • You identify customer expectations and define KPIs in order to build an effective strategy for success and renewal
  • You put in place an action plan to expand our presence within existing client accounts
  • You present the advancements / innovations of JobTeaser
  • You identify and close renewal and upsell opportunities to develop our turnover

3. You ensure the operational monitoring of your activities
  • You manage and pilot on Salesforce the regular monitoring of your activities (appointments, emails, calls, stats), communication planning (displays, events, lives) and customer satisfaction
  • You are responsible for the smooth onboarding and offboarding of your customers
  • You are in contact with our Videos and Support teams for the implementation of certain services for your customers.
  • You relay your customers' feedback to our various internal teams (Support, Product, Data, Marketing, Accounting, etc.)


Qualifications

  • You have a breeder profile and have already proven yourself in sales for at least 1 year: you have great stories to tell us in the interview!
  • You are combative and results-oriented: you want to engage in a unique experience within a growing startup and you have enough energy to reach or even exceed your objectives.
  • You have great interpersonal skills, you know how to show empathy and be a force of conviction: essential to build solid relationships with our customers.
  • You are curious and have a sense of service: you want to know your portfolio by heart to offer your customers personalized support
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you know how to demonstrate autonomy and be proactive.
