Job description

What will be your mission? ♀ ♂

We are recruiting several experienced developers to join our Tech department.

You will be part of an organization based on multidisciplinary squads organized into tribes and whose objectives are defined according to an OKR method. All this with the aim of providing maximum autonomy in the choice of solutions!

You will also join the front "chapter" carrying all the frontend vision of JobTeaser, and spread over several squads. This "chapter" allows each frontend to come and propose new things (libraries, processes, guidelines...) and to advance our stack.

The technical stack in place today consists of:
  • ES20xx with Babel
  • React with hooks, React router, Prop-types
  • Redux, Redux-sagas, React-query
  • Node, Webpack
  • PostCSS (CSS next)
  • React Testing Library, ESLint, StyleLint


The platform's ecosystem also revolves around technologies such as:
  • Elixir, Go and Ruby on the Backend side,
  • AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, CircleCI for the Infra part,
  • Python, Kafka for Data Science


Qualifications

Who are you?

Regarding your profile, we are interested in both your technical skills and your human qualities:
  • You have already been evolving in the web for at least 3 years and you have been playing with frameworks and large JS libraries (Angular, React, Vue, jQuery, etc.) for at least 1 year.
  • You know your ranges: HTML and CSS have no more secrets for you and you know how to talk about semantics, CSS methodology (BEM, SMACSS, ...) and responsive.
  • You [sur]lived [at] the arrival of ES6 and its new features are of daily use to you, but you haven't forgotten the good old JavaScript concepts (prototype, hoisting, this... ).
  • You know and like working in a team, you are familiar with Git, understand the interest of continuous integration and do not resign yourself when you have to write tests.


If you also find yourself through these traits, it's a bonus for you and for us:
  • You have already worked quite a bit with React and Redux and you are able to explain how they work to your grandmother. You have already played a bit with Vue JS too.
  • You want to participate in the development of the team (pairing, mentoring, sharing ...) and to share your technical watch.
  • You think that the richness of the web world comes from the diversity of professions that compose it and you like to exchange with other teams (Design, Product, Backend, Data ...).
  • You know how to organize your daily life and you enjoy evolving within agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, ...) or iterative development processes.
