YOUR DAILY WORKOUT
  • You lead the strategic sales development of EGYM’s hardware and software solutions (the EGYM Ecosystem) while managing the activities and growth of your region in the Commercial/Boutique segment
  • You are an expert at analyzing and understanding the challenges and needs of your customers.
  • You serve your customers as a go-to consultant by educating, presenting business cases, offers, and concepts to apply to the success of their members and business.  
  • You are successful at consistently maintaining a strong customer base by generating new leads, closing contracts, and fostering a solid relationship with existing customers. 
  • You support your customers during the implementation of EGYM products in their facilities in cooperation with the Operations team.
  • You help organize and carry out regional sales events, with the help of the Marketing and Events teams, to successfully generate more opportunities with new and existing customers.  
  • You are extremely knowledgeable about the happenings of business in your region and are responsible for all Sales Reporting and Forecasting using Salesforce.
YOUR FITNESS LEVEL
  • You bring at least 7 years of experience in sales in the B2B area of the fitness and health industry.
  • You excel at business and territory development with a strong track record of experience in building markets from the ground up.  
  • You are a highly motivated, results driven individual who desires to have an impact on the future of the fitness and health industry and is willing to go the extra mile to get things done. 
  • You have experience in the fitness and health industry and therefore possess a solid understanding of the market.
  • You have been successfully working in the field of sales and you were able to build a successful track record in solution selling and can leverage a strong network of industry relationships.
  • You are a passionate individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You enjoy working with customers on location and are able to travel 60%+ of the time.
THE EQUIPMENT WE PROVIDE
  • You will earn an annual salary of $85,000 to $105,000 (plus commission)
