Your mission

• Enabling SoSafe in its mission by providing a delightful, user-enabling IT support service to our SoSafe colleagues
• You will be responsible for the administration and support of our Microsoft Azure Active Directory / 365 environment and other SaaS tools
• You will work closely with our system engineering team by analyzing complex questions and problems and identifying possible solutions, improvements and automations
• Manage access and identity management requests
• Deliver fantastic IT onboarding experiences for new Safeys e.g laptop/phone provisioning and training curriculum

Your profile

• You have a degree with focus on computer science / business informatics, or a comparable work experience 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing IT Support 
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for Laptops, Printers etc. 
• You have experience in the administration of enterprise identity & productivity tooling such as Azure AD, Office 365 or similar tools like Google Workspace 
• Experience using and managing a ticket-based enterprise workflow management system, particularly JIRA and other Atlassian products
