Your mission
- Own the whole Go-to-Market tech stack built on top of Salesforce.com and Hubspot
- Build and lead a team of CRM experts, which encompasses skills including in-house development, administration and analysis
- Design and constantly develop our Go-to-Market tech stack to meet our growing business needs
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, Go-to-Market organization, and Business Intelligence team to gather business requirements for CRM
- Promote organization wide CRM usage and educate end users
- Independently manage CRM development projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards
Your profile
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce environment (Sales and Service Cloud, Hubspot and JustOn are a plus)
- Demonstrated project management experience from CRM consultancy or from similar in-house solution owner positions
- Strong skills in translating CRM-related business requirements into actionable projects
- Good understanding of Salesforce development work
- Experience in leading a team is a plus
- Fluent in English
