The XDR Operations Associate will focus on the administrative and strategic tasks which will allow the XDR more time to focus on pipeline generating activities. By reporting into the XDR Operations Specialist, they will help the team move in the same direction while also assisting with the team's unique needs.

*This role is based out of our headquarters in Boston, MA*

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Spend 1-2 days per week researching and converting leads from the unconverted lead list. Responsible for assigning to the correct team/XDR. 
  • Assist the XDR in determining what resources (Salsify content, webinars, podcasts, account articles, etc) are best for their personalized outreach to accounts/prospects. They will work cross-functionally to provide weekly recommendations via email to each XDR that align with their planned targeted outreach to specific accounts/prospects. 
  • Manage their individual team’s SalesForce tickets and their progress. 
  • Assign tasks in Outreach for required prospecting such as webinar invites or other campaigns. 
  • Assist with sourcing new contacts. 
  • Write individual team sequences based on data of high performing sequences for their segment. 
  • Conduct account research (upsell contracts, 10Ks, articles, account product pages, etc).
  • Perform account/contact hygiene clean up.
