Do you like to make decisions about business processes and determine the effective and efficient ways of working while leveraging the ERP system and Robotics Process Automation (RPA)? Are you excited about designing the End-to-End Process, developing the long term Process Vision and Improvement Plan. Do you like working with multiple teams including Finance, Engineering and Procurement to standardize and scale our businesses? Then we would like to welcome you to our Finance Team in Munich! 

  • You are responsible for designing and optimizing end-to-end Requisition-to-Pay (RtP) business processes together with key senior stakeholders across multiple departments
  • You work with uBsiness Process Analysts to identify, approve and implement best practices and market standards and make the RtP process scalable
  • You manage the process improvement plan to unleash the full SAP business by Design and Kendox potential and RPA opportunities to deliver 10% Year-over-Year efficiency gain
  • You develop and continuously monitoring relevant process KPIs and derive improvement potential from data-based analyses
  • You are in charge of business process management as well as process documentation for RtP processes
Your fitness level
  • You bring at least 5 years of proven experience with process development and automation of RtP process using ERP systems e.g. SAP 
  • You hold a degree in business, finance or have a similar education
  • You see yourself at the interface of finance and business and have a track record of successfully managed process scalability
  • You have experience with change and stakeholders management to ensure the process you own drives value 
  • You are a problem-solver with a curious and innovative mind and are not afraid of diving into complex processes
  • You are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse challenges at the same time
  • You work in a structured way, you have great communication skills (fluency in English), and easily master cross-functional alignments with multiple stakeholders
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • You have taken ownership of RtP business process and determined all processes within
  • You have successfully built strong relationships with other Process Owners and have established your Process Leadership Team
  • You have identified first areas for improvement and started documenting your process improvement plan 
  • You are familiar with the EGYM tooling ecosystem and teams involved
  • You are a known and well-respected member of the Finance Team 
  • You are known and well-respected by the stakeholder teams especially Digital Operations, Procurement and HW Engineering
