The specific near-term focus is YMCAs in the Western US.

  • Exercise strong relationship building skills daily and bring your industry expertise to the forefront of each interaction with our current and growing customer base.
  • Lead the strategic sales development of the EGYM portfolio in your territory, resulting in new business opportunities and expansion of market potential.
  • Serve your territory as a go-to consultant by educating, presenting business cases, offers, and concepts to apply to the success of their members and business. 
  • Maintain a strong customer base by generating new leads, closing contracts, and fostering a solid relationship with existing customers. 
  • Help identify, organize and drive sales events, with the help of the Marketing and Events teams, to successfully generate more opportunities with new and existing customers.  
  • Provide Sales Reporting and Forecasting for your territory using Salesforce.  
Your fitness level
  • Business and territory development - Strong track record of experience and success in new territory development. Eagerness to travel up to 60% of the time.  
  • 7 years of Sales Experience with minimum 3 years selling at c-suite level - Ability to access and engage c-suite decision makers in the YMCA in the western territory of the US. Tailer the sales approach to the business needs of the prospect. Proactively manage the sales cycle and make accurate projections.
  • Professional Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid time management, prioritization, pipeline management and presentation skills. Dedicated home office.
  • Motivation - Proactive, highly motivated, results driven personality. Desire to make an impact on the future of the fitness and health industry. Comfort being flexible with a fast paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Industry Expertise - A solid understanding of the trends and big issues impacting the fitness market. Ability to offer high level business and industry insights. 
  • Collaboration & Resourcefulness - History of working well with colleagues and other departments. Flexible and resourceful in a fast-paced environment. 
The equipment we provide
  • You will earn an annual salary of $85,000 to $105,000 (plus commission)
