ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Junior Legal Specialist to join our Contracts Team. Reporting to the Internal Control Manager and to the Legal Counsel, he/she will provide support to any business function and will be in charge of reviewing contracts and legal documents required by the business lines.

• Review, analyze and negotiate contracts on behalf of the companies of the Group with suppliers (including commercial contracts, data transfer agreements, NDAs, etc) according to the company guidelines;
• Assure the prompt coordination both with the company departments involved in the review of the contracts (e.g. legal, financial operations, IT, sales, marketing, etc.) and with suppliers;
• Collect contracts signatures, both internally and from third parties;
• Archive and map the executed contracts regarding all the companies of the Group;
• Assist the Internal Control function to ensure the compliance of the companies, at Group level, to compliance laws including but not limited to: GDPR, antitrust law, 231/01 Italian law Decree, reviewing relevant standard contractual clauses as per internal policy and so on;
• Periodically collect necessary documentation and prepare reports in order to comply with the requests of Organismo di Vigilanza.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Legal Studies or related courses;
• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Good command of English (both written and spoken), knowledge of Spanish is a plus;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Word and Excel), experience with JIRA is a plus;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

LOCATION: Up to you! We have offices in Bologna, Cagliari, Napoli, Milano, but you can also decide to work remotely from anywhere in Italy.
