What will be your mission ? ♀ ♂
As a Security Analyst at JobTeaser, you will serve as the security operational guardian of all JobTeaser assets and services (both business critical and corporate) against vulnerabilities, security incidents and potential threats.
You will perform security analysis and investigations, establish forensic and security incident response practices and procedures. You will drive, coordinate and educate JobTeaser teams into security remediations.
You will maintain, improve and build automation around security alerting systems and vulnerability detection tools.

As a Security Analyst at JobTeaser, you will serve as the security operational guardian of all JobTeaser assets and services (both business critical and corporate) against vulnerabilities, security incidents and potential threats.
You will perform security analysis and investigations, establish forensic and security incident response practices and procedures. You will drive, coordinate and educate JobTeaser teams into security remediations.
You will maintain, improve and build automation around security alerting systems and vulnerability detection tools.
Your main duties will include:
- Handle the flow of security alerts, events and security vulnerabilities and own the response:
- monitor, evaluate and triage security situations
- perform necessary analysis / forensic
- apply or coordinate remediation actions
- with a constant aim at defining, optimizing and automating detection rules, remediation action and forensic functions
- Create and maintain:
- technical documentation (Forensic procedure, Incident response plan, automation development)
- security reports (dashboard, KPI)
- Engage and build strong advisory relationships across JobTeaser technical functions and teams:
- to support security culture and proactive security monitoring and vulnerability mitigation
- to delegate security procedures and level 1 security situations management
- Perform and conduct security assessments and audits (internal or external), risk analysis and vulnerability testing and outlining operational security recommendations
- Get ready to answer to JobTeaser customer security questions in the context of a deal negotiation

Qualifications
Who are you?
Hard skills
- 3+ years of experience in a similar information security role: a security vulnerability and incident response role and / or a security analyst with ability to use a SIEM
- Operational experience
- with security products and services: EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scans, managed SOC
- Analyzing a variety of log source
- handling various security vulnerabilities, incidents, suspicious events and threats
- Proven experience with scripting language and security data analysis skills
- Preferably within a web SaaS vendor company with an Infra As Code factory
- Extended knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and application security including especially:
- Identity and access management solution
- Web application firewall solution
- Secure coding
Bonus: Knowledge or proficiency in using development tools (git, Go & Ruby are a plus) and web development
Soft skills
- Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Able to discuss with and coordinate teams from diverse expertise (Tech and Non-Tech) providing security guidance and awareness through the risks
- Autonomous & open to new technologies
- Business fluent in English
