Your Mission

We are looking for a Member Happiness Partner - Italian & French Speaker who will support our members and manage their requests in line with our culture and quality guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• You will communicate promptly with our members through our established channels seven days a week
• You will acknowledge and solve complaints
• You will join and contribute to our Biweekly Member Happiness Partners meetings
• You will gather data and share feedback regarding the efficiency of our process
• You will learn our products and tools inside out

Key Skills

We’re looking for someone who has the following skills:

• Proficiency in Italian and French - written and spoken
• Fluency in English
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Digital literacy
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Empathy and self-awareness
• Preferably experienced and interested in meditation
