Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our scaling sales operation in our Accountancy & Payroll team – focussing on selling our solutions to Accountants and Payroll Bureaus.

To join us as a Business Development Manager, you’ll need

• Experience of sales within the payments sector is an advantage - this can be across acquiring, issuing, payment or processing
• Proven consistent track record of performance against targets in solution-based environment
• Previous experience in an SME start-up or FinTech environment is an advantage

• Can do attitude and ability to ‘get things done’ with an appetite to improve internal processes beyond your day-to-day tasks
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach when interacting with peers and cross-functionally
