We are looking for a Marketing Operation Manager who can take full ownership of our marketing technology, create scalable, reliable systems that stakeholders use to design marketing campaigns and iterate on what work. Your responsibility will be to maintain and optimise our marketing tool ensuring the wider marketing team can deliver cost effective campaign to achieve our target, report back on performance and share meaningful insights with the wider business. 

What you will be doing...  

  • Work with performance marketing team to establish what success, best practices, process, workflows, policies, execution, and enablement looks like within marketing automation software (HubSpot). Ensure these are constantly reviewed and optimised to improve marketing team efficiency including increase in conversion rate and lower cost per lead 
  • Collaborate with the broader Revenue operation team to understand how we are building pipeline and attributing marketing activities to this 
  • Be HubSpot safe guardian, define clear governance (incl data governance), control, and ownership. And ensure stakeholder adhere to them  
  • Ensure reportability of marketing campaign results
  • Create trend reports and recommend optimizations; be Marketing's' trusted advisor for digital marketing campaigns
  • Contribute Suite reviews, and broader business support
  • Normalize, standardize, and maintain Marketing database; ensure hygiene
  • Partner with Finance and Data teams to drive the marketing ops roadmap and MI for Leadership team reviews, and broader business support
  • Develop the business requirements and work with technology teams to evolve the marketing systems as our business develops
  • Own and lead the marketing operations tech stack, including strategy, tool maintenance and operations. Lead with engineering team support on technical implementation

 

Who you are... 

  • HubSpot certified you are an HubSpot Marketing expert 
  • Google Analytics certified
  • Experienced in working on Salesforce (certified preferred)  
  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing operations or related field
  • Data driven and familiar with marketing metrics
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to interpret data and use it to drive better conversion, increase lead generation revenue
  • Thrives in a fast paced constantly changing environment
