This interesting role in Sales Operations offers an individual the opportunity to gain a strong insight into how a fast growing market leader manages its operations across its sales function; the role will allow lots of cross functional collaboration, and provides a platform to challenge, develop, streamline and enhance the underlying sales & business processes; The right individual will be able to positively contribute and influence how we strive for excellence within a team of like-minded players. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales forecasting process and provide ongoing operational guidance & support to sales teams
  • Analyse existing sales processes and sales data to help drive more streamlined, value add, automated processes supporting faster velocity to sales, removing any sales blockers
  • Collaborate with supporting functions and sales management to maximise system compliance and processes
  • Assist with development & visual communication of key performance indicators / scorecards/dashboards/ trends to assess how business is performing vs targets, working cross functionally with sales, marketing, contract management, sales enablement, finance, IT
  • Develop Forecasting data models, identifying trends, to enhance forecasting predictability in CRM vs company’s KPIs
  • Assist in Coordination of annual budget process & ongoing forecasting reviews
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing on CRM Data Quality
  • Assist with Sales Compensation & Quota management
  • Support operationalising acquisitions into standard process, driving for process optimization continuously
  • Regional Pricing support
  • Ad hoc analyses

 

Skillset Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-2 years' experience working with sales teams
  • Has a ‘can do’ problem solving attitude
  • Ability to work with complex data sets to create impactful reports for data driven conversations and decision making
  • Detail oriented
  • Advanced Excel & MS Suite proficiency
  • CRM experience (Salesforce)
  • Team player
  • Background in finance/ statistics/ sales support

 

Desirable:

Business Intelligence (BI) tools eg MS
