Your mission
- Translate the overarching product vision into a product strategy that provides guidance and support product and content squads
- Be an advocate for product led growth and drive strategies to fuel our growth
- Hire best-in-class team members and empower our product squads to operate at a global scale with focus on efficiency and customer impact
- Work closely with the senior product leadership and other cross-functional leadership to ensure a clear long-term strategy
- Develop quarterly/annual goals and oversee their successful execution
- Provide context, support, and coaching, as the team works toward our business objectives
- Work with the product operations team to ensure qualitative insights and data informed content decisions
- Develop and track indicators and metrics that reflect product performance
- Build processes that ensure product excellence at all parts of the product content lifecycle from discovery through delivery to optimization at scale
Your profile
- Minimum 8 years of product management experience
- Minimum 4 years of product leadership experience (e.g., Head, Principal, Director) - ideally B2B SaaS
- Proven experience in leading multiple product squads
- Proven strategic leadership skills including goal setting, roadmapping, and resourcing
- Powerful communicator, collaborator, team lead & mentor. Strategic thinker & problem solver
- Comfortable with context switching from long-term strategy vs. day-to-day oversight
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial, "can do" attitude. An ability and willingness to make an impact in a startup organization
