What we need…

The Account Based Marketing Manager North America is responsible for implementing and executing YOOBIC’s Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and programs to create and accelerate engagement with strategic target accounts.

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will design and orchestrate ABM campaigns to reach target account enterprise decision makers across the buyers’ journey to help YOOBIC achieve its revenue goals.

Owning all ABM programs, from strategic planning to execution and analysis, the ideal candidate will embrace a hands-on, team approach, be detailed oriented, and well versed in the latest demand generation and ABM practices and platforms. This role will also embrace and understand the buyers and target market to create the most compelling marketing and ABM programs.

What you'll do…

  • Plan, organize, and execute all ABM programs to generate leads, build relationships, and accelerate pipeline generation with strategic enterprise accounts and contacts
  • Perform in-depth research to identify high value ICP accounts and key target accounts leveraging industry databases, 6Sense intent data, and other market sources
  • Align with sales to select, segment, and prioritize the target account list based on various criteria incl. account value, propensity to buy, and YOOBIC’s ability to win those accounts
  • Have a deep understanding of ICP and buyer personas’ pain points and use cases to create effective demand generation content and campaigns
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to craft hyper-relevant, tailored ABM (1:1 plans) for top target accounts to generate pipeline and move prospects through the sales cycle faster
  • Develop the most effective messaging, content, and assets for the targeted accounts across the buyers' journey, including email copy, landing page, eBooks, decks, videos, etc.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and execute effective online and offline campaigns across sales and marketing channels, including digital activities, emails, BDR outreach cadences, webinars, events, networking, social, direct mail, etc.
  • Nurture leads throughout the sales cycle and enhance the buyers’ journey
  • Partner with our sales and BDR teams to optimize lead management and funnel conversions
  • Monitor, track, and report on specific ABM metrics to measure the performance of the ABM program and investments (account reach, engagement, penetration, conversion, pipeline, win rate ... ). This role will make strategic recommendations based on analysis and results to move YOOBICs business forward.

 

What you have...

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B ABM, lead generation or digital marketing role with a SaaS company, preferably in Retail tech
  • Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel, integrated demand generation campaigns including digital, social, web, nurture programs, email, events, webinars, networking, conversational, social, and more
  • Hands-on experience running ABM campaigns with demonstrated success penetrating key Enterprise accounts and persona
  • Proven track record in partnering with Sales, Business Development & Revenue Operations to drive pipeline and funnel performance
  • Proficiency with a complex Martech stack including with CRM, MAP, Databases, ABM platforms such as 6Sense, Google Analytics...
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient, detail oriented and organized, excel at multi-tasking
  • Objectives-driven with strong analytical skills, and proven track record in reporting and optimizing the performance of demand generation campaigns
  • Passion and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and quality of execution
