What You’ll Do at Cobalt
- Design and implement “mission control” interfaces for our security operations center (SOC) and customers
- Improve the performance and reliability of our real-time video chat platform
- Prototype and validate delightful visual and audio human-robot-interaction experiences
- Lead by example, setting standards for best practices
- Conduct design reviews and solicit input across multiple teams
- Collaborate on tough, interdisciplinary problems in our deep tech stack
- Engage closely with our SOC to understand their workflows and pain points
You Are
- Proficient with Javascript/Typescript
- Experienced with React/Redux/GraphQL or similar web frameworks
- Passionate about delivering quality products
- Eager to collaborate with, mentor, and learn from your peers through code reviews, design docs, and pairing
- Someone who loves diving into many different areas
- 4+ years of industry experience
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Canvas, SVG, or animation
- Experience with WebRTC or WebSockets
- Experience as a full-stack engineer
- Experience with robotics platforms or IoT devices
- Experience working in a fast paced startup environment
