You will be responsible for:

Setting operational direction for the local delivery team (Consulting, Customer Success Managers, Customer Solution Engineers), deploying standard processes built at the head quarter level, managing the team across a broad portfolio of clients, and successfully implementing recovery for project crisis situations. Discussing local strategic direction with headquarter and country lead.


Key responsibilities:

  • Representing the delivery team within the business and ensure their views are made clear to the executive management team of Deepki and of the client
  • Ensuring the individuals within delivery management are aligned and function as a team
  • Owning client accounts and ensure end to end management of specific contracts, to include : delivery against client’s objectives ; progress reporting against milestones ; proactive management of challenges as they arise ; client stakeholders management   
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion and that they understand where this client sits within the context of the client’s objectives
  • Understanding business requirements and develop a plan to execute internal / external projects on time and within budget
  • Ensuring client SLAs are met, data deliveries are on schedule and compliance with quality standards is maintained
  • On the back of the teams, ensuring conversations around client needs
  • Being involved in key Deepki topics (from project delivery, to ESG and wider business innovation) 
  • Building strong relationships with both clients and all parts of Deepki’s business to define viable approaches/methodologies in line with relevant standards and best practices

     

 

You will be closely cooperating with: 

 

  • the Sales team to do the handover and the contract initialisation and provide examples of key success stories and to support them when needed
  • the Key Accounts team to manage the relationship with the customer

 

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • have a proven ability to successfully deliver the largest projects/programmes
  • have knowledge and experience of software deployment from project planning, taking over a platform with a new team, deploying a central solution to local problems, estimating workloads, working with third party clients
  • have a strong IT experience either at a software editor or through the implementation/deployment of a platform in international projects
  • have an extensive experience managing projects, including projects in a “digital” consulting environment
  • have experience managing a team of project managers and other delivery specialists
  • have experience managing projects with consulting revenue of €1M+
  • have experience managing relationships at a senior level within large corporations
  • demonstrate proven organizational skills combined with very strong meeting facilitation skills
  • demonstrate the a ability to run client workshops on multiple subject areas
  • are business process oriented
  • demonstrate ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • are people oriented with a focus on mentoring
  • have previous experience managing teams with central headquarter teams
  • demonstrate excellent ability to build relationships with a cross-functional approach
  • are fully proficient in German and English
  • are based or willing to commute or relocate to Berlin
