At Modulr, to continue to ‘grow at pace’, we need to develop a multi-faceted approach to channel partner development. We are aiming to develop a more diverse partner network with tools, technology, and personalised resources to serve our partners and their customers. ​ With a clear focus on target segments to meet short and medium-term growth objectives​ of the Modulr business, we have identified we need to create a role to manage and optimise growth within the channel partner base.

What you will be doing:

Strategy​

  • Sets out the strategic goals for each account, agreeing and managing the growth agenda with counterpart executives ​
  • Clearly communicates the strategic needs of existing channels and pro-actively informs future channel solutions needs​
  • Leverages the Modulr network of C- suite executives to broaden and grow target accounts ​

Growth​

  • Identifies and agrees the strategic initiatives and tactical campaigns with the channel partners leadership team​
  • Assumes overall responsibility coordinating activity with cross functional teams from sales enablement, product and marketing ​
  • Leads ‘new solution’ developments to deliver incremental revenue​

Leadership ​

  • Part of the channel development leadership team reporting to EMEA Channel Development Director ​
  • Communicates and acts as ‘the voice’ for all existing channel partner needs​

Performance​

  • Monitors performance of channel partners and takes practical steps to coach, develop and support them to deliver target growth objectives​
  • Leads strategic business review and growth planning activity with target channel accounts ​
  • Forecasting channel revenue accurately via Salesforce including internal KPI’s, external KPI’s

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-functionally to build consensus
  • Experience with management and development of strategic accounts/channel partnerships with a track record of achieving growth targets​
  • Specific experience of working with partners in the travel industry
  • Proven track-record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets and performance driven KPIs​
  • Excellent strategic planning to develop long term and highly valuable channel relationships​
  • First class communication skills, able to present, negotiate and influence at C-level​
  • Ability to think laterally and explore creative solutions in both deal negotiation and customer solution design​
  • Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills​
  • Appetite and enthusiasm for working as part of a small collegial team that is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and supporting each other
  • Advantageous to have European language skills – French, Spanish, Dutch or German
