The Project Manager is responsible for all robot operations and projects that occur at customer and prospect sites within your area of responsibility. This includes deployments and demos: you will lead these as the project manager. You are to ensure all critical tasks from initiation through execution are completed properly.
-Integrations: you will coordinate with subcontractors to implement integrations, and track and ensure their continued success.
-Execute all standard and minor projects in a timely and effective manner
-You are responsible for ensuring customer priorities, needs, and expectations are both understood and met by Operations.
-Develop relationships with customer stakeholders at your sites to ensure their satisfaction.
-You are responsible for the onboarding, training, performance, and morale of all Reserve Engineers in your area of responsibility.
-Track their progress, promote, retain, and lay off as needed.
-Conduct deliberate training at regular intervals and in stride training at every opportunity.
-Build a proactive hiring plan to ensure Cobalt has at least 3 Reserve Engineers in all cities where a robot is deployed.
-You will ensure all robots in your area of responsibility are functioning properly at all times.
-Communicate directly with internal departments at Cobalt to source, schedule, and supervise support actions for operations. 
Explicit Tasks
-Lead deployments, demos, site resets, and other standard projects. Delegate and coordinate repairs, relocations, and other minor projects.
-Generate excellent products that demonstrate your professionalism to the customer and internally with Cobalt coworkers.
-Train and mentor REs to enhance both their proficiency and your ability to delegate tasks to them.
-Ensure that all robot issues that occur within your area of responsibility are resolved within 72 hours of identification. Ensure that robot issues brought up by the customer are resolved in accordance with the SLA.
-Coordinate with FOPs Director and Cobalt Manufacturing for the shipping of robots and robot parts.
-Coordinate with FOPs Director to source support for large projects and operations when needed.
-Document all repairs in the hardware failure log.
-Edit and maintain the master robot tracker when your operations impact its accuracy.
