The Role

The Account Manager position is a key role within Plentific. Your main responsibilities will include building and working with our B2B customers on the tradesman and property manager side around the Marketplace. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction through excellent service and daily placement of all jobs on the Plentific platform. You will also work closely with both sides to ensure our platform is being used optimally and efficiently.

 

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for handling all job leads generated by our partners to achieve 100% conversion
  • You are responsible for your region with own customer portfolio and its further development to actively contribute to the success of the business
  • You will work closely with our support, sales and client success team to ensure a smooth day-to-day workflow with our tradesmen and property managers
  • You will train our tradesmen on our platform to ensure optimal usage and be the direct point of contact for our customers
  • You are co-responsible for building new customer relationships on our Marketplace
  • You are responsible for the complete onboarding and off-boarding of tradesmen.

 

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in account management or similar operational position (B2B, B2C)
  • You are used to handling customer inquiries through a wide variety of channels, but you feel especially comfortable on the phone
  • Your communication skills on the phone are competent and success-oriented
  • You have excellent organisational skills and a strong commercial awareness which allows you to quickly familiarise yourself with a demanding environment
  • You have a very good command of German and English
  • Fun and sociable personality, a can-do attitude, be willing to learn and be able to overcome challenges
  • You are used to a fast growing start-up environment or similar
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc) as well as G-Suite is an advantage
