Senior Product Manager / Product Owner [#1108]

Your daily workout

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner  who wants to define the strategy and drive the innovations of EGYM’s core product, the training and guidance system. Do you want to work in a horizontal stream spanning across multiple products such as mobile apps and workout equipment software? Then you are the new EGYMee we are looking for to join our team in Munich!

• You report to the Director of Product and you manage a cross-functional software development team empowered to work on any part in our ecosystem, excluding hardware
• You collaborate with the product managers of the vertical products to align and deliver on the training experience across the portfolio
• You collect customer and user insights, follow fitness market trends and translate them into a product strategy that makes gym owners, trainers and members more successful - for this you use state of the art product discovery frameworks
• You put the end consumer first and are an ambassador for B2C product development in the organization
• You monitor, report on and do tactical adjustments based on performance of key product success metrics

Your fitness level

• You have 4+ years of experience in product management; experience in B2B2C is a plus
• You think as an entrepreneur  with strong communication skills and can get others on board with your ideas
• You have a long term strategic mindset that you leverage to develop the incremental steps required to meet the intermediate product objectives
• You show great analytical skills, feel comfortable interpreting data and are familiar with agile structures and methodologies for Software development
• You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills; German language skills are a plus

Your training goal for your first 6 months

• You acquired a deep understanding of our product ecosystem, target market and segments, key industry developments and the needs of our customers
• You are appreciated by and have built strong relationships with the product team as well as key stakeholders from Sales, Customer Success and Operations
• Your teams and stakeholders are clearly aligned around a short-term 3-month product roadmap as well as a clear 12-month product strategy based on business goals, product vision and customer needs
• You drive the next major product launch together with your stakeholders, establishing clear goals, processes and success criteria
