Modulr is looking for a motivated Scrum Master to join our growing company and our mission to make money flow more efficiently through businesses and the economy. You will be working within a tight-knit, high-quality team, with the vision to succeed in a fascinating and relevant market. Delivering new functionality – adding services for clients and helping the business to scale.
As a Scrum master you will work together with product managers, engineers and other members of our squads and tribes to help facilitate the delivery of a best-in-class product to our customers. You will coordinate agile ceremonies across 2 squads, clear obstacles while working with the team on continuous process improvements and establish strong working relationships within the squad and the wider delivery function.

About you and the role:
- You’re passionate about Agile methodology while balancing this with business constraints and needs

Skills and experience:
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a start-up or scale-up software business where you’ve delivered processes to enable success is desirable
- Demonstrable experience of enabling change
- Experience working with JIRA or similar
- Experience working with confluence or similar wiki-based software
