Customer Support Representative (Vouch)

📍Based in our lovely Sheffield office in Kelham Island 3 days per week, the other 2 days are up to you!

The Opportunity:

• You'll be providing 1st line support for the Vouch platform for our customers and end users (applicants, guarantors & agents)
• You'll handle direct support requests via phone and webchat
• You'll respond to tickets raised in our helpdesk system (we use Zendesk)

What we need from you:

• You are tech savvy and can quickly understand new systems and products
• You have some experience working in an office based customer support environment
• You know how to strike the balance of being both personable and professional at all times
• You're decisive and comfortable making decisions
