We are looking for an Agile Coach & Flow Manager who is driven by agility and lean values and principles. Is “stop starting and start finishing” your daily mantra?   • You drive change and transformation within the organization
  • You coach teams in order to ensure delivery and create and support transparency within teams
  • You discuss ideas and find new ways of working
  • You continuously measure and improve processes to e.g. reduce cycle time and identify bottlenecks
  • You ensure the alignment between different departments to decrease the feedback cycle time
  • You have proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting
  • You work alongside Product Managers, leaders and other stakeholders to ensure that the work is flowing and the focus is on the right things at the right time
YOUR FITNESS LEVEL
  • You bring at least 1 year of experience in an agile or lean environment
  • You have a toolbox of practices (Kanban, Scrum, Lean, traditional PM, etc.) and you can see beyond the theory. You have ideally experience and formal training with the Kanban method
  • You are solid on the WHY and WHAT while being flexible on HOW
  • You respect without judgements the current process and at the same time you pursuit evolutionary change
  • You are a strong communicator and coach who can influence different layers on the organization
  • You have a well-founded technical knowledge and a deep process understanding
  • You are capable of maintaining processes and workflows in Jira and act as an Admin for this tool
  • You are a lifelong learner and desirably an active member of the Kanban community
YOUR TRAINING GOAL FOR YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS
  • You develop a deep understanding of our teams
  • You are familiar with EGYM products and the ecosystem
  • You have a good understanding of the roles of the different teams in the software engineering department
  • You are a known and well-respected member of the product management team and the software engineering department
